The covid -19 is known as Novel Coronavirus or simply coronavirus is a family of viruses that can cause a range of illnesses in humans including the common cold and more severe forms which are life-threatening. The virus is named after its shape which takes the form of a crown with protrusions around it and hence is known as coronavirus.

A pandemic happens when an infection due to a bacteria or virus becomes capable of spreading widely.
The threat of covid-19 has meant that the peoples have been thinking about their health more than ever. In the few months almost all of people have changed their behavior in ways they never imagined possible, because their health was under an immediate threat.
This experience of living through a worldwide pandemic has reminded peoples that there is a lot peoples can do their selves to stay well. As the countries remains on high alert for further outbursts, it’s important to address the smaller things that peoples can discretely control, little things that can have a big effect on their long-term health.
Health and fitness applications noticed that 67% of global installations in late March and April as the covid-19 pandemic led smartphone consumers to find ways to stay fit while gyms were closed during lockdowns. Sunday is the peak day for the sage of health and fitness apps while Friday is the lowest as people prepare for the weekends.

Staying fit can keep a person healthy physically and mentally, but exercises also boost a person’s spiritual health too. During a pandemic like covid-19, it’s important not to give up on a person’s fitness as they can’t get to the gym, attend an exercise class, etc.

many reasons why a person should exercise during pandemics.
As exercise helps prevent weight gain. But regular exercise also offers plenty of other important benefits. Exercise can lower the risk of developing health conditions like: -
1. Several type of cancer, such as breast, lung etc.
2. Depression, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes etc.
Exercise also helps building strong bones, it can improve sleep and mental health too.
Home workout takes less time overall because there is no need to travel to the gym, studio etc.
Working out at home may help a person stick with exercise, since its easy to keep up a routine.
A good music is a key to fulfilling workout, and a great soundtrack can give an energy to keep going too.
Try out some simple strength exercises that only require body weight e.g., pushups, sit-ups etc.

Good gut health has a positive effect on mood. Eating diet that is high in fiber, with lots of vegetables and avoiding processed foods can prevent some chronic diseases.
